An-38 delivered

Second of three aircraft delivered by the end of the month

According to Victor Kotin, the Deputy Head of Engineering at NAPO in Novosibirsk, the airline Diamonds of Russia-Sakha will get its second of three An-38s in a month. The third aircraft will be delivered later this year.
