First four months of operation appear to be a success (130 words)

Malev's sole rival in the Hungarian charter market startup, Pannon Airlines, has carried 40,000 passengers in its first four months of operation, exceeding charter passengers carried by the flag carrier, according to Endre Somodi, CEO of Pannon Airlines.
Using a 160-seat Tu-154M, the airline is operating 12-15 charter flights a week and has been flying with 100% load factors. The airline has just completed its 250th charter since starting operation.
The company's 12-year old Tu-154M has an operating licence through to April 2001. The airline is however, contemplating the leasing of additional aircraft according to Somodi, possibly a Boeing 737 or an additional Tu-154M, but the decision will be made when the airline has a better idea of volumes for next season.
