Aeroflot launches cargo route between Germany and China

Il-76 flight once a week from Hahn to Shanghai

Aeroflot has launched a direct cargo service between Germany and China according to its German cargo general sales agent. According to Michael Staeck, Managing Director of Transnautic Aero GmbH, Aeroflot started the weekly flight from Hahn airport to Shanghai on April 1 using an Il-76. The Saturday departure flight may be followed by a second weekly flight depending on demand for the flight"s 40 tonne capacity
