New airline in the Far East

An-2 equipped airline set up in Magadan

Despite the problems besetting the airlines of the region, a new airline is registered in Yakutia called Ilin. According to its Director Andrey Koryakin, the small airline equipped with a fleet of 4 An-2s and shortly a helicopter, will be focusing on general charter passenger and cargo business. The FSVT has already authorized the airline for this types of operation and the airline has commenced operations out of the training centre facility at Magadan Airport in Russia"s Far East. The airline already has its first contract, a four-day lease to check the number of elks at Sangar in the region.
