Tyumenaviatrans pays dividend

As a sign of its increasing confidence about the future after a strong 2000 performance, the board of Tyumenaviatrans (TAT) has proposed payment of a dividend of Rb0.05 (0.17 cents) for the company's 124,945,000 ordinary shares for 2000. The dividend will be TAT's first since 1996
