Krasair Tu-154M has engine problems

Makes emergency landing at Krasnoyarsk (117 words)

Krasnoyarsk Airlines (KrasAir) has reported that one of its Tu-154Ms made an emergency landing on the 20th of July at Kranoyarsk Airport while on a flight to Khabarovsk. After taking off the crew received instrumentation warnings about the aircraft's third engine and shut the engine down and the aircraft then circled the airport to reduce its fuel load before landing without event. The aircraft is now subject to further investigations and according to Elena Antoshina, the spokeswoman from KrasAir, the incident posed no risk to the crew and passengers on board. Something Antoshina said was reflected by the fact that the aircraft's passengers were later sent onto to their destination in a Krasair Tu-154 and everyone continued their journey.
